• Risk scoring and grading for AI agents
• API access for querying agent data
• Trust badges and certification for agents

3. User Accounts and API Keys

To access certain features, you may need to register for an API key. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your API key confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading claims
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Scrape or extract data beyond API limits
• Use the Service to harass or defame agents or developers

5. Claim Submissions

When submitting claims, you represent that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to submit the claim
• You understand claims may be verified before publication

We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove claims that violate these terms or are found to be inaccurate.

6. Data and Content

AlliGo aggregates publicly available information about AI agent failures. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all information is complete or up-to-date. Users should verify critical information independently.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will be accurate or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLIGO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
